First Notice
Assessments will be mailed to homeowners by Towne Properties no later than the end of December. Payment of assessment must be posted to your account by January 31st. A late fee of $50.00 will be assessed to any homeowner not paid by this due date. Walk in payments on the due date will not be accepted. Your payment MUST be posted by Janaury 31st.
Second Notice
Payment of the assessment, including the $50.00 late fee must posted to your account by February 28th. A late fee of $50.00 will be assessed to any homeowner not paid by this due date.
Third Notice
Payment of the assessment including the $100.00 in late fees must be paid by March 31st. In the event the assessment and the applicable late fees are not paid by March 31st, a lien will be placed on the property for the assessment plus the late fees noted below. Final Notice-Notice of Lien Attorneys will send letter notifying the owner of the lien. An additional $50.00 in late fees will be assessed. Failure to pay all assessments and fees may result in foreclosure on the property The Homeowners Association is only obligated to send the notice to the last known address. It is the owner’s responsibility to notify the Association in writing of any change in address.
