The Beckett Ridge Homeowners Association Board has been working on consolidating our Declarations and Code of Regulations and is now requesting your review and input on these documents.

The Association will be holding the Homeowners Meetings at the Tri-County Baptist Church.
While the primary focus of these meetings will be to discuss the proposed document consolidation we will also be introducing the new Branding Program for Beckett Ridge.
The purpose of our Branding Program is to improve the image, appearance and public
awareness of our community. The consolidation of our Declarations and Code of
Regulations is the first step in our Branding Effort. We are seeking your feedback and
support for both of these efforts.

Five sessions have been scheduled for your
convenience. We are looking forward to discussing these very important programs with
each of you.
