Exterior changes and/or additions to your Beckett Ridge property must be approved by the Board before you do the work. Approval is obtained via the Improvement Application. Your application must be complete including a copy of your property plat. An incomplete application will be returned and will not be submitted to the Board for their review until all paperwork is complete. Towne Properties must receive all Improvement Applications by noon on the second Tuesday of each month.
