Many Beckett Ridge Homeowners calle Towne Properties with complaints about a Beckett Ridge Street. These complaints range from speeding cars to commercial vehicles being parked on the street to limited access to cul-de-sacs because of too many parked cars. Unfortunately, the Beckett Ridge Homeowners Association and Towne Properties can not address any of these issues. Beckett Ridge does not own or control the streets so they have no authority to enforce any street restrictions.

Traffic concerns such as speeding and cul-de-sacs should be reported to the West Chester Police Department Traffic Safety Division at (513)759-7281

Road condition concerns should be reported to the West Chester Roads Department (513)777-8165

Complaints about property maintainance and/or Association restriction violations can be made to Towne Properties. Towne never reveals the name of whoever filed a complaint and your confidentiality will be protected. However, complaints will not be responded to if the originator does not give Towne Properties their name and phone number.
