What is the Beckett Ridge Association No.1?

The Beckett Ridge Association No.1 is a non-profit corporation formed in accordance with Ohio Laws. Its primary function is to own, operate, and maintain the Village Centers and Common Open Space Areas and any other recreational facilities owned by the Association (not including the Condo Owner's Association)
Who belongs to the Beckett Ridge Association No.1?

All property owners in Beckett Ridge, whether they own a single family home, condominium or home site.

What is the purpose of an Association?

The Association maintains teh common areas such as recreation areas, open spaces, and Villiage Centers; provides maintenance of these areas including mowing, refuse, removeal and landscaping, where applicable.
Who maintains the Beckett Ridge Country Club grounds and golf course?

Residents have no responsibility regarding the Country Club and its facilities. The Club's operating expenses are paid by the Country Club and not the Beckett Ridge Association.

How is maintainance of the common areas administered?

It is administered by a seven member Board of Trustees, elected from the resident members of the Association. They are responsible for contracting the maintenance and other services necessary to protect the value of the property.

When does the Association have its meetings?

The Annual Meeting for all members is held in March of each year. All residents are given notice by mail as to when the meeting will be held. Elections are held at the Annual Meeting to fill any vacancies on the Board. All residents are urged to attend and participate, either by running for office, supporting a candidate, or simply voting for those you want to represent you.

When does the Board of Trustees hold its meetings?

The Board of Trustees meet monthly on the third Tuesday of each month at the Tri County Baptist Church, 8195 Beckett Road, West Chester . Notice of their meetings is given in the newsletter sent out monthly by Towne Properties.
