Delinquent Owners Turned Over For Collection
With an Association delinquency amount of $71,000 or approximately 16% of the Beckett Ridge membership, the Board decided it was time to look at their collection options.
It was obvious most delinquent owners were ignoring the monthly late notices. Small Claims Court had collected several thousands of dollars but the per Owner collection costs were expensive.

Help Keep Our Village Centers Beautiful & Safe
Over the past couple of years the Board of Trustees have worked hard to install new play equipment in 3 of our Village Centers and have worked to make other improvements throughout al of our Village Centers. This was needed as our old equipment was becoming dangerous due to its age. They look beautiful and the kids love them.

Beckett Ridge Regains Tri-County Swim League Title

LIBERTY TWP. — After a one-year hiatus from the top spot, Beckett Ridge Country Club is once again the Tri-County Swim League champions.
Beckett Ridge captured the Division I title, compiling 3,797.5 points at the 33rd annual championships this past weekend at Miami University.

Annual Homeowner Meeting
The primary purpose of the meeting will be to elect three (3) members to the Beckett Ridge Board.Each term will be for two years.The first notice to the membership has been sent out.This notice will solicit interested candidates to submit their resumes.A second notice with a ballot and an agenda will be sent out in February. The meeting is open to all Beckett Ridge owners.

Community Garage Sale
The Board chose May 14, 2011 as the date of the annual community garage sale. The hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Association will place ads in the local newspapers. A suggestion was made last year that any unsold items be donated to a local charity that serves the West Chester community. Perhaps someone in the community would be interested in coordinating some type of collection of items after the garage sale.
Homeowner Declarations and Code of Regulations
On Tuesday, August 17, 2010, at the regularly scheduled Board Meeting, Jim Matre,
our attorney, reviewed with the Board the final results of the vote taken to amend our
Homeowner Declarations and Code of Regulations. Voting was by parcel and only
one vote was allowed per dwelling unit and one homeowner signature was required
to validate each ballot. Official ballots could only be cast by those members of the
Beckett Ridge Homeowner Association in good standing as of July 1,2010. To be

West Chester Police Department Awareness Bulletin
On August 5th, 6th, and 7th, there were thirteen theft offenses that occurred at different locations throughout the Township (mainly the Beckett Ridge area). In all of the cases except for one, the items that were stolen were taken from unlocked vehicles that were parked on driveways, streets, or in open garages. Items that were stolen include sporting goods, GPS units, electronic devices, purses, cameras, wallets, and medication.
