Over the past couple of years the Board of Trustees have worked hard to install new play equipment in 3 of our Village Centers and have worked to make other improvements throughout al of our Village Centers. This was needed as our old equipment was becoming dangerous due to its age. They look beautiful and the kids love them.

Unfortunately, this past summer we have been experiencing some vandalism issues. Equipment has been painted with graphic graffiti, a garbage receptacle was set on fire, and other miscellaneous destruction. The Board has been diligent to repair the problems; however these repairs are costing all homeowners in Beckett Ridge unnecessary money.

We ask all the residents of Beckett Ridge to help monitor these parks. Please remember the play equipment is meant for young children and al Village Centers close at dusk. The Board asks all Beckett Ridge residents to please report and conspicuous or unusual activity, by immediately contacting the West Chester Police Department.
