Effective with the 2010 Beckett Ridge assessments, payments received after January 31, 2010 will be posted to an owners' account paying late fees first and then the HOA fee. A payment in the amount of $230 (the 2010 annual HOA fee) will be posted first to the February $50 late fee and the balance postedto the $230 HOA fee which will leave a $50 HOA fee balance. If the $50 HOA fee balance is not paid in full by March 1st, another $50 late fee will be added to the account. Please allow adequate time for your payment to POST to your account in order to avoid late fees.
