Neighborhood Sign replacement - Beckett Crossing

When will the neighborhood sign for Beckett Crossing be replaced, the previous sign has been missing for at least a year.

Child Care recommendations

I am hoping to see if there is anyone out here that can recommend child care FT/PT Days and some babysitting names to me.  I currently have a 7 year old and my husband and I are expecting our 2nd child soon.

Neighborhood Watch program

I have contacted the West Chester Division of Police about a Neighborhood Watch program.  They have services available for any one interested.  If we get enough people interested, they will come out and do a presentation.  I work for a local county court, and have worked as a correctional officer in the past.  I know Beckett Ridge is a safe community, but a lot is going on in neighborhoods around us.  If anyone is interested, please reply to this post, or to my email (ehuber@fuse.net).  Thanks!

Consolidation of Declarations and Code of Regulations

Despite the Board's best efforts to communicate the proposed document consolidation and the new Branding Program by scheduling 5 Homeowner meetings, we were unable to attend any of them.  I have searched this site for the information and was unable to locate it.  Will you be able to post the information so those of us who were unable to attend can review and post comments?

BR Trivia

I thought it would be interesting to get the deatails about some of the interesting things around Beckett Ridge. Do you know anything about
  • The old cemetery in Shepherd's Farm
  • The farm silos at the Country Club and Tylersville Road
  • The Wetlands project
  • The history of the farmhouse at the entrance to BR Boulevard
  • The guard house at Old Forest
Are there any other interesting things around?

We have a large dead tree in the green space behind our home.  Who takes care of removing it?

Web Site

I love the changes to the web site and the ability to be able to find people in my subdivison of Beckett Ridge.  Great work.

Community ideas

At the annual meeting there was some brainstorming about different things that could be done to build a stronger sense of community within Beckett Ridge. One of the ideas was to have a 4th of July parade down Beckett Ridge Boulevard. We cold have a contest and the kids could decorate their bikes and the golfers could decorate their golf carts.
